This is one of my favorite post processing jobs. As you can see from the original photo, it really makes the shot, in my opinion.I entered it in a W1k contest, but (sadly) it didn't do as well as I was hoping. I got a descent score, but I thought it'd do better. Of course, there were 97 entries and it was on page 9 of 10. I'm thinking (ok... hoping) that by that time, people were just sick of voting and not really paying attention to the photos. There were many photos that placed higher than mine, even thought (IMO) they looked more like polarizing or hue modification photos than cross processing (In its most basic explanation, certain types of film are developed by certain types of chemicals. Cross-processing is developing color print or slide film in the wrong chemicals) ones that was the theme of the competition... but they were on the first 4 or 5 pages. But that's ok... I still love my photo!
